Unfortunately for this meet, the Stragglers Charity Car Display was on in Cambridge – which meant a lot of cars were down there. Apparently several hundred turned up. Anyway, I couldnt go to that one, which is why I went to this local event.
A great mix of cars from real vintage stuff through to newer mustangs and the like. Many different makes, models and clubs turned out, so there was plenty to see including some Packards, a nice line up of early Fords plus some real contrast in the size of early cars that Austin made. “A rather eclectic mix of cars attending this show – as you can see from the photos. The fact that there was another major show on the same day must have diminished both cars and spectators. Again, nice to see some stuff I havent checked out before.”
